- If an item is in stock we aim to send it out to you within to 2 to 4 working days from when your payment is received.
- However, please remember there is a waiting time of about 3 to 4 weeks for production of orders (though it may be quicker). As you know, all our products are handmade and we create as orders come in. There are also periods of higher demand so there may be times when orders take longer to fulfil. But we are doing our best to make sure that any additional waiting times are clearly communicated. This does not stop you from placing an order but it does mean that you may only receive it within 4 weeks. Thank you for your support and comprehension.

THESE WILL NEED TO BE PAID PRIOR TO RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY AND THE COURIER WILL CONTACT YOU. UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO ADVISE ON THE EXACT RATES AS THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND WILL BE CHARGED BY THE LOCAL CUSTOMS SERVICES IN CHARGE. We send our jewellery through the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service. The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package. Costs also include insurance on goods should anything go missing in transit. Please see below for details of costs:
- Small parcel up to 250g: Tracked and Signed / Cost: £8.00
- Small parcel 251g up to 500g: Tracked and Signed / Cost: £10.50
- Small parcel 505g up to 750g: Tracked and Signed / Cost: £14.00
- Small parcel 751g up to 1kg: Tracked and Signed / Cost: £18.00
- Small parcel 1.01kg up to 1.5kg: Tracked and Signed / Cost: £22.00
- Small parcel 1.51 up to 2kg: Tracked and Signed / Cost: £30.00
